Our operations are centered on unlocking the full value of the country’s rich mineral resources through close collaboration with artisanal and small-scale miners (ASMs). By supplying modern mining equipment, protective gear, and hands-on technical training, we enhance extraction methods, reduce material losses, and improve workplace safety.

Our commitment extends to strengthening regulatory compliance and industry standards. We actively guide miners in adhering to national mining regulations and international best practices, supporting the formalization and professional growth of the sector.

In addition, we assist miners in securing the necessary legal documentation, exploration licenses, and environmental permits, ensuring they operate within a transparent and recognized legal framework. Our field officers and mining engineers work closely with mining cooperatives in remote areas, providing on-site supervision, geological evaluations, and technical expertise to maximize productivity while preserving mineral quality. Through these efforts, we contribute to building a more inclusive, sustainable, and productive mining industry in Uganda.
